Linglong Tire's first overseas training center in Asia Pacific opens in Thailand
On March 16, when Linglong's Asia Pacific dealer meeting was held, Linglong Tire and SANGUAN YANGYONT CHUMPHON CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as SYY) jointly established the first overseas training center in Asia Pacific to open in Thailand. This milestone event marks that Linglong's service system in the Asia Pacific region has reached a new height, which is of great significance for improving service standards, enhancing dealer capabilities, and providing consumers with a more professional and high-end brand experience. Linglong Tire Vice President Xu Yongchao and SYY Chairman Mr. Prasert Tanpibulsak, together with many dealers from the Asia Pacific region, witnessed this historic moment.
The opening ceremony was filled with a warm atmosphere, and representatives from all parties expressed warm congratulations and earnest expectations for the establishment of the training center. The training center is located in Chumphon Province, Thailand, which is not only the gateway to southern Thailand, but also covers an area of 456 square wah (about 1,600 square meters). The center is fully equipped with training areas, classrooms, practice studios and service areas (Brand shop), creating a comprehensive and professional training environment for trainees and dealers.
The training area is equipped with cutting-edge training equipment and rich teaching materials, and can accommodate more than 50 trainees for study at the same time. The classrooms and practice studios combine theory with practice to ensure that trainees can master professional skills.
The service area simulates real service scenarios, provides a variety of services such as tire removal and installation, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, and sells and services automotive parts such as batteries, brake pads, engine oil, shock absorbers, and rims. In addition, the service area also has a spacious customer lounge and cafe, providing customers with a comfortable rest environment and beverage service while waiting for service.
This thoughtful design not only greatly improves the customer experience, but also further demonstrates Linglong's ultimate pursuit of service quality.
